Chore to address peer dependency warnings when doing a fresh repo install. This aligns
eslint-plugin-jestandreact-native-workletsagainsteslintandreact-native-reanimatedversions respectively.Quick scoping out of the above package changelogs suggest its probably a safe upgrade
